Ya man its all yours when the time comes. I reassembled it with all brand new components except the cams were used, but no signs of any premature wear when I put them in. I had the valve cover off a couple of weeks ago everything looks like its wearing normal, guess im a pretty good head builder

Well, I would be swapping in stiffer valve springs, etc. As well as a set of aggressive cams.

BTW, I am pondering the idea of going to PrP one last time before I put clutch in tomorrow. Kinda curious to see if trap speed at least went up since car is all dialed in now with corn and smaller pulley.

Anyone else?

Psh, dyno queens. Track is where it's at.

I'm only going so I can look at the TQ curve and see where peak TQ is, and dial in fuel/spark around that properly.

Still not sure, I know the clutch won't hold. It was slipping bad last time I went with slicks, and I've only added more power since. Be nice to see what it traps, though.

Hopefully long enough for me to get clutch and header on and get decent times this season.

Wow, that thread about the kid that owns Wes' old SS with the hole in the firewall is hilarious...

So did you wreck the car at all Wes, or did the person after you wreck it?
