Blew my sidewall out of my half way used tire on the front driverside as I was traveling at 60mph on cruise control. Is there anyway the city can reimburse me for towing and a new tire? If so who and how do I contact them? Thanks

goodluck! hate construction and potholes. last year the highway was being grated. they had a old chewed up highway leading onto the freshly paved highway with a lackluster attempted at merging to the layers evenly. they failed. the bump ahead warning sign was practically on the line of the change so there was little to no warning. i have no doubt it messed up my alignment. it was a loud bang when i hit edge of the pavement change
