I'm 50 /50 on whether I'll be there or not.

I should know better tomorrow.

I WANT to go.. but I've got some stuff I need to take care of this week.

Ok.... I'm about 80% sure I'll be there at this point. Looks like it's going to be a nice night for it as well. Going down into the 50's that evening, so everyone bring a jacket!

Just tell the judge to hurry it up or you'll have to speed again.

Kate is probably coming too. But I don't put it IDP with her like you do with yours.

PS. I have surpassed 1000 posts! OMFGWTFLOLTTYL!

Also, for those of you that don't know, today is national cat-delete day. To celebrate, Wes and I are having our cat-deletes done by 1st Try Engineering (hopefully on the 1st Try this time).

OK... clarify... I got Dave beat how???

WHew... I got that filter on.... PITB Let me just say... I actually didn't have to take the wheel off, but Sicne I did, it made it easier to get at the bolts. Took me 45 minutes.

Not to mention... I thought I had a deep socket 3/4" ... NOPE... just a 13/16" and 7/8" so I had to make do with my regular depth socket. Nice bruised knucles thanks to those big sopkes on the wheels.

BUT, man you canhear the difference when you blip the throttle. You can hear that air suck. A bit hollower, and I'm sure when I get on the highway tomrrow morning, I'll hear it better too.

Now that i put the sticker on the read 3/4 window... I'm sure I'll get into the 14's again tomorrow night. Because we all know... THAT's where the speed comes from.

Wonder if the K&N would make a diff in sound on mine? I know my truck was a little more 'vocal' with it installed... Not much mind you, but slightly.

Prolly won't make as much diff on an N/A car, but hell... for $40 it's worth it anyway...

Well the cat is off. My car is loud(er) now. It's not too bad... I didn't like the sound at first, but it's growing on me. It sounds better than Dan and Wes' cars... simply because I actually have a working muffler (twin loop ftw). You'll get to hear it tomorrow at the track guys. Feels like it made a difference actually. Dave even thinks so too. He couldn't pull on me in 5th gear anymore on the highway. He was able to before when I just had the intake and twin loop. I guess the track will tell.

Mike, I would say that yes, it would make a slight difference on it. I don't notice it at idle or part throttle, but on the way to work this morning, I got on it hard, and WOW.... really heard it then... BUT i have to admit that i was hearing alot of whine from the SC I think ( I LIKE That ) and it did sound a bit more hollow.

I'd say go for it. Hope the 2.2 is easier to get to than the S/C cars...

Well worth the 36 bucks from summit racing.

Can't wait to hear the cars tonight at the track.

Don't forget ALSO.... THIS FRIDAY ( 8/18 ) is SPORT COMPACT NIGHT!!!!

Those of you that might not want to come for both days, you might want to think about this.

Since it's payday that day... I'll be there for sure.
