Spotted NJ: Red Cobalt SS/SC - Livingston

Saw a highly modded red ss/sc in 7-11 parking lot in Livingston, NJ at 11. It had halos, body kit, tints, I think exhaust and more. Just wondering if your on here. Car looked good.
