You guys should setup another day then, so others of us can get tuned! I would really love to come get tuned for the winter for 300 bucks. If not on the 18th then any day would be fine for me. Any way you can accomodate? I dont need anything done but the tune. Just want to even out my tune since im on the stock stage 2 tune w/ a 2.8 and every other supporting mod under the sun. Let me know, cause 300 is a good price, and I would really like to see what my car is putting down to boot!

well since everyone has already committed to October 18th.... we'll be having this on that day. Matt (the tuner) may have a chance to dyno tune you if you want to come up, like i said a few pages back.... you never know if someone will back out. also... the $300 for a dyno tune is a special offer that Matt is putting out there because we are having 10+ people getting dyno tuned, it's normally $400. i know probably in the winter/early spring i'll be going back up to get a retune because i'll be getting more parts installed.

Ya, the only problem is im not gonna drive 100+ miles, so that I might get tuned

if it was guarenteed Id come up, what I was saying was I know you can only dyno tune so many people in 1 day. However, atleast double that # has shown interest in this. So logically, it would be cool and make sense, if he did 2 wekends or 2 days back to back. Then you can do 10 on 1 day, and 10 on another, and boom, all happy campers.

I know its totally up to the tuner, I am just making the suggestion, as this would help out more people looking to get tuned, and help out the tuner by getting people tuned that wouldnt normally pay 400 (me, i would have already been tuned if I could have got it done for 300).

well according to their website prices starting at $400.... and that's what i paid earlier this year so..... who really knows.

Xenozx............ i hear what your saying. it would be cool to do a 2 day weekend dyno tuning session, i think your right, everyone would be happy. in all honesty tho... that would just burn Matt out, dyno tuning 20 cars in 2 days.... might be a bit much. but dont worry, i'm sure we'll set another dyno day up, maybe even before the winter hits so we're not sitting out in the snow. just be sure to pay attention to this thread, we still have like 3-4 weeks until this happens.... so if someone does back out... jump on it and maybe you'll get it. so just keep your eyes on this thread also... when you going to the track again? i've been wanting to go, i need to make some "baseline" runs and get some more methanol.

ya, but doesnt he do stuff like this all day every day? I thought thats how these shops worked? I know I could be wrong, but that was my thoughts.

I dunno, lol, I did get brand new tires, and they actually make 1st gear usable surprisingly. To be honest I should go to see what I can run now that I can use first gear and not idle launch lol. But the whole reason im here, is cause my car acts funny when its really cold out. Like all summer long, I can rev to 7k and ****, and have no issues. When it gets cold out my rev limiter will kick in early at 6500 sometimes, and the car will go into limp mode. Its really gay. I thought maybe a tune could fix this problem, and make the winter more enjoyable.

thats assuming I dont do the unthinkable and trade my car in in the next month or so. Been eyeing up those Mazda Speed 3's.
