Hey, I'm from Jersey and on my baby-girl I have 35% on the sides and 5% on the back. So far no tickets (knock-on-wood) yet, and from what I've heard the Jersey boys (oink oink) wont bother you if they can at least she your outline.... My tint only cost me a buck ($100) and it look perfect on the dot matrix.

 

if your car came with A/C, it has factory tint

 

Percentage regards how much light is unfiltered from the tint. So the lower the percentage, the darker the tint. Just an FYI.

 

I got 5% on the back 3, i left the front factory. But my dot-matrix is F-ed up, but i'm getting it fixed today!

 

35% on driver and pass. windows 20% on back three. Window vents look better now that windows got tinted..looked wierd before.

 

I think your confused. The lower the tint % the darker it is. 70% is stock, hardly anything.
