performance shops

As you probably know I just got an '08 ss turbo with hahn intake and injen charge pipe. What I'm looking for is a performance shop or two I can go to to work with me on some stuff. sway bar (to help with torque steering), tuning, dyno, see if I have an aftermaret shifter or other aftermarket stuff I don't know about. I don't have a garage and most of my toos are at work so...yeah. Toss on there logo and see what we can work with kinda thing.

Anyone know of any that don't just focus on subaru and honda?

Slow down there Hoss.... How is a sway bar going to help torque steer, exactly?

Keep your money in your pocket for a while, I think you're going to simply get taken advantage of until you learn a little bit more.

I am working with Speed Freeks in Portland

Actually my son does most of my work and uses them for some custom parts.
My son is doing all the raw welding and general fabrication in his shop. He has speed freeks cnc flanges etc. We are using a mandrel bender for turbo tubing in St.Helens oregon.

As much as I hate to admit it Close but No car

He has been working 10 hr days for the last 3 weeks. We are down to some TIG welding on the intake and then one weekend to finish. The problem is I told him I did not care as long as the weather sucks. Of course this spring it has rained almost every day.
But getting impatiat now. New tubing is done so we can add the Carbon Fibre hood.
If intake is not done soon will just buy a hahn intake especially if the weather changes for the better.

as soon as done will be up for tune.

I have not been up to the drift office ever.
I have talked to trifecta about a retune since it will be more about just lots more air.

...honestly have no idea on the sway bar torque steer lol. This whole thing is all new to me. I'm thinking from what I keep hearing, I need to just do some mass research and forum look ups.

Ok, first lesson: Sway bars effect weight transfer side to side. They have nothing to do with torque steer.

The rest of the lessons are scattered throughout these forums. Go read, and keep your wallet in your pocket for a while. And grats on the new car.
