Quick question, I heard something about some plugs you can put in the holes where the spoiler went, (if you take it off). I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about it and if you do, could you possibly send me a link?

From what I've read, bondo is not recommended as a long term solution because the stress of opening/shutting the trunk is not good, etc... best bet is to trade for a wingless trunk because you can expect to pay like $300 or more to have it professionally removed.

The cost of buying a new trunk and getting it painted would probably be close to the cost of getting the holes filled. If your car is a common colour, trading trunks with an LS cost nothing once you find one!
