Back on easter sunday, I granaded my transmission in the third round of eliminations. I ran a personal best of 12.59 at 111mph. After I got my car home, I took out my after market PCM and other mods, removed all my performance stickers and had it towed to the dealer. After a few rounds of debate, They installed a new transmission. However, I HAD TO SIGN A PAPER STATING THAT THIS WAS A ONE TIME DEAL.

Yes the dealer knows I was racing. The regional warrenty manager was doing an audit at the time I brought it there. It was the service manager that told me how to so call Hide my racing evidence so he could cover it.

The problem was I broke the case, the shifting fork and the output shaft.
The fix New Transmission

PS. wife says no more racing. But what she doesn't know won't hurt her.

 

Damn! Great time (12.59 @ 111mph). That's awsome the service manager hooked you up! Their usually the first ones to say "You're FUCKED!!" Which dealer did you get it done at?
