I bought my OTT Stage 1 on March 28th and still no parts. Yeah, I just went the cheap route for shipping but even then it shouldn't take more than 5-7 business days. I saw the dock for $610 flippin dollars right away in my bank account but not even so much as a tracking info email from OTT... I was like WTF. So after a week goes by I sent them an email basically just politely asking where my parts were (this was last weekend), and OTT hasn't even responded back! I'm VERY disappointed in the customer service, not what I'd expect from a company I just gave hundreds of dollars. I will not recommend them to anyone and I certainly will avoid doing business with them again. If I do manage to get a hold of OTT, I may just cancel my order. Absolutely horrible experience....

I know when i bought the kit it took longer then a week.... THey have to wait on PCM cores or did you send them yours? They also have like 3 GB on the go and they are probably doing the best they can so just chill, You wont be disappointed with the kit!

 

fail thread... First of all, Saturday and sunday are not business days, therefor your order cannot be shipped. Usually after you pay 3 days MAX its shipped...soo its been like 1-4 days and your complaining? do not pay for cheap shipping if thats the case.

OTTP is a very respected company on here i doubt there avoiding u on purpose u will get your parts soon and u will be happy with the kit..and as said before sat & sun are not business days.

 

It says right on the product page that wait time will be 2 plus weeks when you select refundable core charge as we are low on cores. You can either continue to wait a couple more weeks or send your pcm in and I will overnight it back to you. Or I can cancel your order.

This is because it is two kids running a business out of there house. I have heard a lot of customer service complaint threads and the mods always delete them trying to save ott ass.

I like how you post to a thread about your poor service but you couldnt take 2minutes to respond to his email. Shitty customer service!!!

I never got his email, so he could have sent it to the wrong email address. I got his pm at 930 this morning and responded to it as soon as i got it.
