I havent seen anything from them on this site in well over a month.

Infact, I'm a little pissed off about the deal Josh made for winning a free trans mount. All you had to do was write a review on the products you purchased from OTTP, and at the end of February Josh would pick the winner based on the best review.

Well, I was the first person out of a total of 3 to actually write a review. He never announced a winner or answered me in the actual thread. Looks like I'll take my business else where from now on.

Oh well, whatcha going to do.

I ordered lowering springs and a rack spacer on march 17, still no word on them. I highly regret purchasing from them.

^ Just spent 1600 there great service answered my emails in a timely manner and shipping was fast. They were backed up on exhausts but were straight forward with what was going on. ZZP is a great vendor. Never had experience with OTTP but this isn't looking good for them and makes me glad I chose ZZP.

Yeah, I'm getting impatient. Ordered Anzos almost 3 weeks ago, and he just created a shipping label for it. Said he was going to ship it out and hasn't happened yet. What is their deal?

Screwed me over on a refund and turned it into in store credit. Take your business elsewhere.

This is ridiculous, OTTP needs to be removed from the vendor list so no one else has to deal with their bullshit.

They should be if they are going to continue to provide delayed business like this to everyone. Just like I said in another thread in classifieds about my friend getting scammed by another member;

Be responsible. If you know you do not have the time to do business, don't take some one else's money knowing full well what is going to happen.

ZZP's service hasn't changed. Our public perceptions has. 2 years ago people complained about us because they didn't like us and hadn't even bought from us. yeah, it is how forums go but we always welcome REAL feedback. Good or bad.

Exactly, and that feedback will keep customers with you. Never heard anything like this (no response, not shipping) about zzp back in the day it was always "those guys are mean" lol well i guess everyone sees now it takes a hard head and a little tough love to advance a community to the level you guys have over there at zzp.

Yeah. FYI I ordered from ZZP two days ago and I am scheduled to recieve my part today. I ordered from OTTP in february and my part is still MIA and messages go unanswered. Note to Josh - how many minutes does it take to bang out a quick e-mail on the status of a very past due order? 2? Maybe 3? This would go a long way towards helping your feedback. I am not saying I don't think the wait time is rediculous, because it most certainly is. However, at least I'd know that you haven't just taken the money with no intention of ever filling the order.

Oh no, there was a time when you couldn't get an email, phone call, or PM response back from ZZP. In fact I'm still waiting on a return phone call from a message I left almost 4 hours ago now, yet you guys have time to dick around on the forums...

Impatient really. Any time I ever email, PM, or call a vendor, I never expect an answer until the next day. You should be happy if you get a response within 48 hours. Could be much worse. Could wait 4 weeks.

My point is that he is on here in a thread that doesn't even pertain to him, yet I can't even get his company to call me back with the price of a part. I don't call that being impatient. I call that not calling your customers back.

Like I said, you should just be happy if you get a response from a vendor within 48 hours of contact. You just need to assume that no matter what business you're dealing with. You'll experience less anxiety in life that way lol.

And you should probably take your complaint to the ZZP thread; not OTTP.

Also, I'm not sure where you learned how businesses run, but when the phone rings you answer it. Lack of doing so loses business period. In this case ZZP lost mine because I was trying to order some SSC springs from them and wanted to make sure they're in stock. Instead I ordered them from Canuck on eBay and saved $50. I don't care if I have to wait an extra few days at that price.

Point is, there should be no waiting for someone to call back, if a business sells stuff and they have a phone number, they should answer it if they want to stay in business. Crate Engine is awesome at this because they are a long standing dealership and know what customer service actually is. Now I agree OTTP has the WORST response by far of the vendors on this forum. But ZZP is on this thread trying to defend their reputation and frankly, in my eyes, it hasn't changed much in the past 5 years with the first phone call I have made to them in years today. No matter how much Zoomer is trying to back it up.

You're stupid if you think 48 hours is a good response time. If I told customers at the Best Buy I work at that someone would call back within 48 hours, they would have already ordered a TV on Amazon and had it delivered to them in the time it took me to call them back.
