New ottp lcabs!

Middle of this week I will have Delrin L cabs finished and ready for sale. I will post up pictures and some more details in the next few days. Here is some info

Made from a 1 inch stainless shaft to resist rust in the winter.
Made using black delrin for a more appealing look.
Designed to be greaseable with a zirc fitting
Has an o-ring and grease grooves in the delrin.
Has a stainless washer and a snap ring on both sides to lock the joint together and eliminate the use for the stock stamped bushing holders.

This picture is of an unfinished joint, but you can see the oring and the grease grooves.

Basically this unit is designed to be all weather compatible and should never have to be taken apart to be cleaned. Just grease it with a grease gun when you change your oil

I am looking for a few testers for these to give the forum a few reviews. You will get a pretty good discount on them. I will need people that can install them right away though. Post up if you're interested.

Looks like I found a replacement LCAB. I'm on Powell delrins right now. There's nothing wrong with them, but it would be nice to have a stainless pin. If I didn't have so much going on in my life right now, I'd volunteer, but I'm not sure when I would be able to install, and get to a track.

As long as the ends get finished properly, this looks like a quality replacement piece.

The install is the main part, getting to a track isn't as important because spirited street driving can tell alot.

Also for the guys that asked, these go into the front control arm bushing position.

They are designed for the aluminum control arms but should fit all models.

Ya they are but they are about a 1/4 the strength of these and still don't have all the nice design features.
