So I ordered the LSJ Return style fuel system on 5/2/12 but when I got it I found that the fuel filter and fuel rail fitting were missing after sending a few messages they said "It appears we were out of the fuel rail fitting and it was over looked. I don't know why you didn't get a filter though as we have plenty. We will have the fittings back in stock on wednesday or thursday and will get you one shipped out with the filter right away. Thanks Josh" sent a few messages and havent heard from them since

 

Sorry about the delay, we will have the fittings today. The machine shop was behind schedule and we got pushed back. Also, I just looked and I know see that I did over look your message on the website from thursday and friday. Completely my fault. I'll get you a tracking number for the parts today though.

 

Thanks Josh I apreciate the responce, I think the thing that was making me worry the most is when I dont get a responce then I start to freek out and I think thats the same for most customers

 

so its 10:30 and no promised tracking number

 

Maybe he didn't get them in time to ship today. He is usually really busy.

You are not the only one waiting for the rail fitting. I also ordered the return line system and did not receive the part. I have been in constant contact with Josh. I have a dyno on thursday so I will have to have the part overnighted tomorrow if I plan on keeping that appointment. One thing I will say is the fact I can call and talk to him makes everything a little bit easier. I am sure they are swamped as I have always gotten great service from them.
