I was wondering if you guys have shipped my heat exchanger yet?? I orderedI it wendsday. Called twice today and no one picked up and did leave a message.... id like my money back if its not shipped to day cause the moneys cleared.... and the dual pass I ordered from zzp was shipped same day and I ordered it after I ordered your heat exchanger.

I understand one side of it as not hearing anything after two days, but on the other hand if your using all these methods to get in contact with a BUISNESS and no one is getting back to you, one man shop or not..... thats not good either.

When I ordered my interceptor off ottp I got it in a decent amount of time....not ZZp fast but still a decent amount of time...well good luck in getting your money back

I called again today nothing so I called my bank to let then know I want my money back. They said to give the seller 15days but they would refund my money if they don't hear from them.
