Back in the day they were awesome. After they screwed Powell, it seems as though they went down the tubes.

Agreed.

Last thing I purchased from them was my rotated mount back when Powell was still providing them to OTTP.

After that, I've seen nothing but complaints. Sad really, because they offer some great parts.

They're slacking... Hardcore. Say that parts will ship and then when they don't I ask and get no answer. Was supposed to be refunded some money on a part I canceled, hasn't come up yet, and still no answer

Couldn't agree more. I loved them way back also. That is, until, he screwed me over by stating there was a certain amount of days to return the stock endplate in for the refundable core if you bought a dual pass. There was no such policy on his website at the time. The day after I pointed it out, he edited the web page and still never refunded me and made it sound like he was doing me such a favor by giving me in-store credit when in reality I improved his website.

I had lots of information and screen shots back when it happened but gave up. The ignorance from him is astounding. What even makes me laugh more is that out of all of this he lost me as a customer and I would have bought FAR more than the $150 or so he wouldn't refund me. Plus every local Delta platform enthusiasts I come into contact with gets to hear this lovely story if they ask about OTTP. Take note business owners, this is exactly not how to do it.

That sucks man.... Def. not right at all.

I only purchased two items from them in all these years (OTTP gen 4 (S1) front mount HE, and Powell rotated mount). Luckly both items came to me quickly & w/o issue. This was pre 2011 ish so things were still running fairly smoothly at OTTP.

I sent them an e-mail about sway bars over a month ago, and have yet to get a response. Oh well, no big deal I guess.
