I just wanted to see if anyone else has been having the Issues that I've been having with OTTP? I purchased a USED OTTP CAI for my 07' SS s/c and the guy that I purchased it from had one of the Silicone Couplers missing, So I called OTTP(Josh) and recieved no answer, I then tried Texting Josh and he responded however it was the weekend and the shop was closed so I had to call him back on monday. So, I called him back on Monday No Answer so left message, Tried calling the "Main" Shop Number No Answer left message, Tuesday comes called both numbers again and No Answer and left messages again, Then I also tried e-mailing Josh and Paul(I think thats his name) and No Response. Wed comes still nothing, Thurs Nothing. This is Rediculous IMO, They have a product or a part that I want to buy and I cant even get someone to call me back, Sorry but this is totally Unacceptable IMHO.

 

Yeah josh isnt great with customer service, i always perferred ordering stuff when his brother (shawn) was around.

 

its good cust. service but yea they have been slacking lately! a few months ago when i was buying a bunch of **** off OTTP it would always be a quick ship though, idk they must be busy with other stuff lately.

 

Yeah I've talked to Josh a few times in the last couple weeks and he is crazy busy. They almost need to hire a person for strictly customer service to make things run smoother.

 

You didn't mention texting him again, have you tried that? I know at the Auto Zone and the speed shop down the street from me you can just buy different size couplers and elbows in red, blue, yellow and black. Might want to look into that also.
