Just wondering how much a used 2.4 TB and IM are going for these days. Looking to do the swap in the near future and trying to figure out costs. I know that the TB has 6 or 8 pins. Not sure which one I need. I have a 2007 Chevy Cobalt ls coupe manual. Sorry if this post is out of place, just want to figure out the going rate.

 

I picked up a TB and IM for $100. So I'd guess about the same, if not a little more.

And you have to check what yours is, unplug your TB harness and see if you have 6 or 8 pins, then get that same one.

You'll more than likely need a tune to run the TB, you can run the IM no problem though.

After seeing the price for new, I would only get used. $450 is steep. I'll have to check the pins after work. Unless someone knows off the top of their head how many pins I have.

 

$450 is absolutely absurd.

There's no reason to not get atleast a used intake manifold if it's in good condition. It's just air passing through.

 

About to do a supercharger swap here in the next month, so I could probably let you have mine. Not sure what the going price is but shoot me an offer and we should be able to work something out.
