maybe he's talking about the srt4 engine u know the 2.4l turbo...lol well there's the supercharged lsj engine 2.0 "05-07" and the other one is turbo'd LNF 2.0 " 08-10 " and lsj engine will be roughly about 1500$ plus accessories cost and a LNF will be about 2500 $ + accessories all ofccourse used...

I don't know if it's even worth it to put that in a sunfire. in my opinion rebuilding ur own block will save u some money and headache, do u have the z24 engine or a non-eco 2.2 or eco engine ?

You'd have a hard time making it all work, those motors are VVT and DI, you'd have to swap over the entire powertrain and harness, along with most of the body harness. Build what you have, get a 2.2 Ecotec Cavi setup and run an L61 on boost. Don't try to run an LNF.

The LD9 is the 'quad 4' 2.4L that was used in the Z24 cavi's and equivalent sunfires. They can be built up. Doing so would be cheaper and a whole lot easier than swapping to an LNF.

just get a turbo kit for the engine you have.
