aluminized ceramic coated zzp header and downpipe

SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD

going turbo.

this setup is a midlength 1.75" primary stainless steel header 3" collector into a non-stainless 3" catless downpipe with a 2.5" exit. both pieces have been completely coated in aluminized ceramic coating by www.jetcoat.com (this is the best coating on the market)

header and downpipe cost me $400, the coating was over $250 will sell the combo for $525 shipped. they have about 200 miles on the car since they were installed

I think i also have the o2 extender somewhere that will ship with it, also i will ship it with an 1/8" thick remflex solid graphite gasket, this should be installed between the header and downpipe. this unit has the usual small leak on the flange, but the gasket may fix it. if you're worried about that, you could have a machine shop run the flanges on a planer and it'll resolve any issues and you shouldn't even need to use the gasket i am including.

pics will be up later tonight

***I am leaving the country on vacation March 20 and will not return until April 4, and I must make sure that the item was received by the buyer before I leave, so the blackout date for ordering this will be from March 15 to April 5.***

is that gasket thicker than what comes with it? if so would you seperate? cuz i have the catted version of this besides having all stainless....i have that same leak but zzp told me to just put copper RTV between them and if that doesn't work i would consider this gasket!

it goes with this

*also if anyone wants, i can have the flanges re-planed locally before shipping out. my machinist said he would do it for free for me, so i'll get that done as well.

i'd been running headers or turbo manifolds since 2005. the only time my car had the stock manifold on it was for about 4 months after purchase in '05 and all of last year when i blew the last motor and installed a completely bone stock motor

so i don't really know what a stock manifold feels like on a modded car
