FOR THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW!!!
The B&M Shift Plus is for AUTOMATIC CARS ONLY. You tap two wires into two of your transmission wires and it increases the line pressure for your shifts. There are 3 settings, Stage 1, Stage 2 and Off. Of is the stock setting, stage one has noticeably firmer shifts, cutting your shift time by what feels like more than half. Stage 2 is an absolute monster. It feels like it cuts the stage one shifts in half, very "violent" shifts. I have it on my car and I've chirped the tires going into second gear on a bone dry road with somewhat new stock tires. It is very easy to install and snake the control switch through the firewall into the body of the car and you can put it wherever you want. If you use wire-taps it's easily removable just in case you're paranoid about warranty work. No damage to the car, I've had it for 5 months now, keep it on stage 2 most of the time and it's no problem. The only time you can change stages is when the car is off.
That being said, hopefully you all know now.
Bump for a great product and a cool guy.
