looking for driver and passenger side black seat belt assemblies for the front. must be from a 4 door, 2 door front seat belt assemblies are different.

 

Your best bet is eBay. There's so many wrecked cobalts on there it is crazy. I needed some black interior pieces from a sedan a few weeks ago and I found a wrecked cobalt on eBay and messaged the seller and they took the pieces out that I needed and sold them to me.
