does that shiter knob and boot fit a twn, and the boot fit the actual retaining ring at the bottom?

 

yes i use a very similar one to that one, but mine is made from carbon fiber fabric...it fits, u need to remove the stock one from the plastic rectangle, than place this one over it with the same amount of slack as stock, staple it to the plastic rectangle thing, and trim the excess off the bottom, and thats it...and the knob is universal so it mounts to any sized shifter shaft...its non threaded uses 3 allen bolts on the base to tighten with, than a shiny black knob thread over them to hide them
