JBP Poly CAB mounts. [$100 shipped] Used for ~3k miles. Poly is not cracked at all. I removed them after because there was a little gap around the poly and the center bushing. But I think they all do this, my new Intense mounts look the exact same now to, as do all that I have seen pictures of. Use them AS-IS or have them refilled, many vendors can do this for you.
