I got some Diamond Pistons. Stock bore and compression. For the LSJ. Have about 1000 miles on them. Bought a motor from a member on here who didn't build it right and it spun a rod bearing. Going a different route for a motor so I'm just going to part this one out. There is some VERY light scoring on some of the skirts. Cant even catch it with my finger nail. Had a hard time even getting the camera to pick it up. And one of the pistons has a few very small nic's at the top of the piston. Run your finger across it and it's smooth. Very minor. Just wanting to point out everything I see with them. But would have no problem using them in a motor build. $200 plus shipping

 

I personally couldn't use this and saw the problems you had with the engine. I was wondering if you could post the pictures of the cylinder wall scoring.

 

There was no scoring on any of the cylinders except on #4 near TDC which happened from unsaid scoring on the sleeve when I bought the motor. You would have to wait for block pics. It's nowhere near me.

Plus I've seen may pistons on here where 3 are used and 1 is new. Just because there was an engine problem doesn't always make them immediately garbage.

 

Got anything else in the motor your gonna be selling? I'm in need of valve springs and a couple other bits and pieces. If not free bump for you

 

Ah sorry bud it was just a short block I bought. Everything else is either stock or $$$ to ship from Canada.

 

These pistons are in very good shape. Too bad the bearing went. They never even had a chance to break in. Basically brand new and steal for someone...
