I would consider swapping out for the factory 6 disc changer, but I like the look of the 05-06 radio better. That "black tie" radio that GM stuck in everything is so generic looking to me.

hmm... is 75$ really a correct price? if so i think i will just hold on to it. its used but very slightly. perfect condition.
i have read a post that it dos fit the 06.
let me know what you guys think on the price.

okay so i looked on ebay to see what these were going for and they don't ahve any. from GM they are 559.99$ i know its not new and that is a ridiculous price but just to give you an idea. most head units for a Chevy vehicle are going for like 200$ on ebay. im not saying thats my price just make me an offer.
thanks!

I don't think all of the functions work completely. Someone on here did a swap i can't remember for sure but i think it was Allshot. He got most of the things to work but not all of them i think. I think the wiring is completely different for the 07 radio and you have to completely customize everything. It would be a good project for someone who is good with that kind of stuff.
I really want this HU too but i know nothing about wiring up a radio.

I didn't mean to low ball you, that seems like a fair price to me, but i haven't done any research either to see what they go for. $200 is awful steep for a factory radio.

sorry to take this in a different direction but what component blaupunkts do you have? I had some of their older over drives in another car and the sound was amazing, some of the best quality i've ever heard. I don't know if their new stuff is any good, it doesn't look like the same quality they used to have.

ill have to find the part number, i paid 120$ for the set they are damn good if you ask me i have them hooked up to an audiobahn 400t amp at 100watts per channel along with my two 6x9 in the rear and they scream! no crackle at all! i also have an infinity 12" with a sony clas d 1100watt amp. my system is so loud! i love it. i dont even turn the head unit above half cause my amps take care of the rest!

not trying to kill your sale but GM radios aren't interchangable. They have to be especially programmed for ONE vehicle. it's pretty much worhtless to anyone but you.

even though it doesn't matter anymore, i hate thread jackers so here is for you.
if you get this radio all oyu have to do i drive into your GM dealership they plug in whatever they use and 5minutes later, your radio works and your out!

don't thread jack if you don't want to buy something STFU!!

i'm sorry i thought i did, several times, but just to clear it up. i am NOT going to sell it. right now i just don't want to waste money on a new headunit, and can't go without one.
the money that people are offering for this makes it hardly worth selling it. it would really have to be a "i just don't need this anymore" to sell it that cheap.
sorry guys, but i am NOT selling it.

No problem. Thanks for the reply. Would you want my head unit? Check out my thread and save some money.

I'd really like to see it go to good home.
