I have a stock MP3 CD player and AC control unit from a 2006 SS/SC. Both are in new condition and have the silver face plates. Looking for $100 for both plus shipping or possible trade for strut bar.

 

Does this fit for 2005 LS? and is the face plate removable?

 

see from what im told. You have to buy a piece thats pretty expensive to make the CD player MP3 capable

 

How much for just the MP3 H/U?

 

I can do the CD player for $70 plus shipping.

Not sure whether it will fit the LS. I believe that they are bot the same size stereo, but I am unsure of the function. Yes, the faceplate can be removed.

 

Bump...still need to get rid of these.

 

All the head units fit all the models...thing is if the player isnt in the car it was programmed for you will have to take it to a dealer to get it unlocked... only cost me like 20 bucks though

 

hmm, well I bought a black set up off ebay and it all worked fine for me...not to say that what you say was not true, but it was not an issue for me.

I just want to sell this crap. I also have some interior trim tham may go with it too if the price is right.
