He was supposed to sell them to me, I got in contact with the guy and arranged it, then never heard from him again.

All I know is I got 4 alloys with less then 1000 miles on them. But I think Im going to keep mine and use them as winter rims/tires

I bought a header off him for 100 bucks and never heard from him again, I sent the money, but shortly after that he disappeared.
