I think your over thinking it to be honest.

Get a piece of cardboard trace it out and cut it down to the style/stencil you want.

Put the stencil on a piece of sheet metal and trace it out.

Cut the tracing out from the sheet metal with a pair of shears.

File down the edges and paint.

1: Wait a while until Jesse eventually makes some from carbon.

2: Buy those.

3: profit.
