I have two 6000k temp bulbs, H11 (foglights). just bulbs $30 shipped
I also have 1 ballast which was with a 6000k temp set up, it goes with these bulbs but the other ballast metlted somehow. bulbs with one ballast $35 shipped.
you can buy ballasts all over the place for like $10-20.
