what are these issues?

have either of you loked on car-part.com to look for dismantlers who might have 07-09 Solstice GXP / 08-10 HHR SS / 08-10 Cobalt SS??

Look for some part like ECM, which will narrow it down, then call the dismantler directly to talk to them.
