I really only wanted the header for sound really. I'm trying to find the Catless downpipe and I'm not really sure what other headers to look into. My one friend told me about the vortex and I've wanted it ever since. I'm open to suggestions lol

I would avoid that header at all costs. You get a nice sound but actually lose power (slightly) and lose your mind trying to install it. Go with a bad mab header or ZZP mid-length header catless dp combo.

BUT

I have an old Innovative LC-1 Wideband with a bosch 02 sensor. I lost the terminator plug though which is needed for calibration so I think you would need to buy one - would be super cheap though and you could probably just make one DIY if you wanted. I would let it go for a very fair price too.
