How bad is the SS/SC bumper, aswell if tabs are broken how is the lip attached?

 

ss/sc is in perfect shape, if your black wont need a repaint for a little but but it has paint flaking off at the bottom, as for the lip its attached by the clips and brackets. the tabs are broken and basicly jsut help "just in case" a bracket somehow got loose. they really do nothing lol.
