I was ready to pull the trigger on an F40/ZFR swap when they went out of stock a month or two ago. I have decided during that time, that I'm better off with the stock setup for what I use the car for. I bought another car anyways. Unfortunately, I bought the LSD before this happened.


This is brand new. I paid $1120 for it (lowest I could find). I will do $1050 shipped within the US. I will ship to Canada as well, but the buyer will be responsible for shipping cost.

What is the difference between this one and the QDH9J listed for the f40 as well?

 

I'm not sure exactly. I sent an email to Quaife for a technical drawing of the QDH9J. The QDF21B has one listed already.

 

I didn't get the drawing, but here is the reply from Quaife;

The differential for the F40 transmission is the QDF21B.

The QDH9J is for the FM67104.

I'm not sure what the other transmission is that he's referring to. Maybe a European variant. I feel better knowing I bought the right part though.
