Do you do kits for the whole dash to get the blue back round instead of the redish color?

^that would all depend on the make/model of ur car..i know on 00+ cavaliers you cant remove the needles without f'ing up your whole cluster..all cars are diff..99 or older cavy's you can..im not sure about the cobalts
