its pretty much the same size as the stock exhaust lol. gotta squeeze it on there.

ah. i dont have a cobalt and i don't have a stock exhaust on my cavalier, so that's why i'm asking to see if it would fit on my 2.5" exhaust. my guess it won't now.

you might be able to have it welded on there by a shop, just have them cut the slip fit part off and weld the rest on
