you are suppose to have those supporting mods before you install them. so he shouldn't lower his price cuz you need to get other stuff. most ppl spend like 2 grand or more for their sc and extras.

I agree. I have $2500 in my setup and that does not include the tune.

but i am just saying with the bad company, its hard to find people with the cash around. I am actually thinking of not supercharging my car anymore and just buying me a cbr600 as it will be plenty fast for me when i move to florida. I can get a used cbr for around 3500 which would be a better buy for me.

I am in the GM Parts Business for a living. In a bad economy I am finding less people that spend the higher dollar amounts, but that doesn't mean the higher dollar items sell for cheap because people can't afford them.

It is what it is. I could have bought a used car for the $3000 I have into this, but then I'd have a used car. However you put it, if you don't have the funds, then don't shop.

Yes i agree with you on that. I do have the funds without a doubt. Just not sure I am ready to dump $2500 in the cobalt. I have no credit card debt and my 2007 cobalt paid off. My job is stable at 50k a year but still times are tough so you have to be careful about spending during the bad times. I think I would be better off just picking up a used 2005/2006 cbr600 or ninja that could be a lot of fun and be more than fast enough.

I shall word it differently. Regardless of your income or monies in your bank, which we all have and some of us have plenty of, we're talking about the pricing of a kit. The price is reasonable. It may not be what you are willing to pay, which is a different story. If you are not willing to pay the reasonable price of a kit, then this upgrade is not for you to begin with.

I have recently put over $3000 into doing this on my 09 and from what my interceptor said this morning I have 275HP and for the $3000 I feel like I got my money worth.
