Sell it... or buy a new hot-side. But I probably won't separate the Manifold/Turbo/Downpipe.

For another $100 you can get the same one that I'm upgrading too and its a MUCH better intercooler, that's why I asked.

And that's exactly what it is. For a $100-$200 intercooler, its not too bad.

 

just search for the size intercooler you want/need

 

That's because its not made specifically for the Cobalt...

No kidding. $1500 for 350+whp. That's why this community sucks and no Vendors wanna spend money to R&D new products.

 

i would have bought the whole thing, but it's not built for the turbo I have. I need a set up for a t3 flange.

That one is close to the same size as mine. Mine is 3" thick though. And I think 7" tall.

 

so sell the turbo you have and have a freshly rebuilt precision turbo

 

Why not just get a DSM Hotside for the S20G? Hahn should have them, as I'm sure they probably sell Bolt-on S20G's for the DSM.

A lot of people that I've talked to weren't happy with the S20G, as well.

i know. I'm happy with it for the moment, since I'm not looking for ***** out numbers until I have a second whip to drive (that way I can build my engine a little). I don't wanna crowd ur FS thread with a lot of side talk, so PM me that idea about the DSM stuff from hahn. you have my attention.

It doesn't look like Hahn offers that Hot-side. They'd rather make more money by having you buy their manifold too. You can find a hot-side for it, just gotta look.
