The idiot who is working on my car has lost my coolant temp sensor because he's too MFing stupid to keep up with ****. So now I'm forced to go looking for another one. Anyone who has a head that doesn't need the coolant temp sensor on it? I have asked the parts stores in the area, none of them have the correct sensor for some reason.

He has also lost some unknown part now. We don't know what it is, but I will describe as much as I can where it goes:

On the drivers side of the head, there is a bolt hole. Right above that bolt hole, there hangs a couple of wires with 2 pronged plugs that go to something. We don't know what it is that bolts into that spot or what those plugs go to. but whatever it is, he lost it and I need a new one because he's to disorganized, unprofessional, and idiotic to even know what he took off or when.

I can't even take the car to another shop because they don't want the liability of someones half-complete build. So I'm stuck, smiling my big fake smile, and resisting the urge to shove a crankshaft down his throat until he gets done screwing around with my car.


Cliffs notes. Need a coolant temp sensor, and some kind of thing that sits on the drivers side of the head. My mechanic is disorganized and unprofessional.

I will pay for next day shipping. I just want my car back.

 

Have it towed to a dealer?

You should not be responsible for something the technician loses or ***** up. Unless its one of your buddies doing it for free.
