lol. my temps on a 1-3 run after being heated up were around 135-140.
This is on a 3.0 with dual pass, opt b, and a heat exchanger! Now factor in the added boost and less timing due to more boost and more heat added from smaller pulley and lack of cooling mods. I would say it's a good guess for temps to be 0-30 degrees under 200 degrees IAT2 depending on weather conditions and ambient temperatures.
Now the GM tunes start limiting boost at what, low 2XX degrees. Which IMO, is still too high.
Does that really make sense to be straining ones system to be making the same, maybe even less power than can be made on a larger pulley and smaller injectors??
I am not picking soley on you I'm just playing devils advocate for something that I feel a majority of this community overlooks IMO.
If you're not willing to do the supporting mods for something, why do it? Why go half assed?
Vendor stage kits with pulleys below 3.0 and custom setups can reap benefits as long as you have the proper supports. Without them it's kinda like trying to **** when you only have ***** and no *****, have fun trying.
In the end it's all personal preference, if you wanna go that low without cooling mods or a h/e as a band aid be my guest but don't wonder why you can't keep up when I'm passing you or why you only run a 13.7 on a 2.8 and 60's when people with barebones GMS2 are running 13.5's.

Not a problem you have to start somewhere.
Be happy with the stage 2 and start looking into cooling mods such as dual and single pass intercooler setups, heat exchangers, meth injection, before you think about going lower.
After you address some cooling I'd look into custom tuning. You can get a WHOLE lot more out of the stage 2 hardware if you mod properly.
You ever have any ?'s feel free to PM me.
I see you're somewhat near brooklyn? I got a buddy up there who can help ya out if you ever need anything also .

actually i didn't have the h/e. just the pulley and injectors making 248whp and like 220wtq. and it was back to back to back. 14.04, 13.99, 13.78. i ran a 2.8 with nothing else besides injectors for almost 3 months with absolutely no problems.

you're car won't have any problems even if you don't run any cooling mods. you WILL have problems however if youre running the same tune as a car with opt b, methanol, h/e, intake, blah blah blah. because your car just can't handle that lol

I would just do the install yourself and then bring it to a dealer to have them flash it.

280 total isn't THAT bad for them to do it.
It can be done yourself but you'll need to buy or rent a pulley puller and take the time to do it.
Injectors are cake pulleys a little PITA for some people.
