you know what i think thats what i need to for my car....my car is at the dealership right now trying to figure out what happen to it ....the guy said it was the battery but....i doubt it ...i think is the alternator to

 

my car started squeaking last week. took everything apart and the alternator squeaks when i spin it. i think the barrings went bad.

i didnt think i could replace barrings in an alternator

does any one know the GM part number of the 2.0L alternator (dont know if it differs from the 2.2 alternator)

its the exact same engine the lsj.

 

just because its the same engine does not mean that they have the same accessories for different cars.
