A couple words of wisdom as I just took 2 months to get these parts and am currently installing the supercharger setup.

Stick with the LSJ TB.

Get a new intercooler pump from eBay (ford lightning) for $89 brand new for peace of mind.

Only need the LSJ 1 bar MAP (goes on the supercharger) as this is what Vince needs to tune it. Also, the MAP fits the stock harness

You don't need a custom idler pulley. You need the LSJ idler, LSJ tensioner and LSJ alternator bracket.

No, I haven't, but most don't find it to be much of an upgrade.
