Well, this vid makes it official. I gotta get the spray. I also dont live for the threads, but want to know where and how you tapped the fuel line for the wet system? Is there a thread up already? What kit do you recomend?
You don't have to tap, just use the factory test port. Remove the schrader valve, and attach the fuel feed line. Done.

and i said after back to back freeway pulls the measily 50 shot will drop iat-2 temps maybe 20* but when there at 190+ whats 20* (iat-1 probaly 50-70*) but what good is that the blower, manifold and h/e are heat soaked from the 2.8 and NO cooling mods, the stock system isnt even up to par with a 3.0 pulley peoples deffinition of safe is dangerous these days...
so refresh me again... and what happened to your nos motor?

nitrous does lower iat temps but creates tons more cylinder pressure= in rise in temps
im not new to nitrous by any means i use it on my car and my firebird in upwards of 200 shot so dont even try and school me on nitrous buddy... i have a univ kit that has seen 10+ vehicles none ever had an issue exept for a sohc saturn that ran a 75 shot and it blew the head gasket (4hr fix) never have i melted down a motor...

um you really must not know anything sry...hes been running spray for a year and a half, and it blew after upping the shot. And please dont you dare say anything about running in hot weather and such.. we live in FL....so maybe you should go back and check ur info before you start to bash members that have been SPRAYING the car for a while

i never said nitrous was bad. i said it was bad with no cooling mods. as is a 2.8 with no cooling mods...
i know what the **** happened i know how to read if you go back and look at my post jack ass, and look at the reason for editing... i was just ******* around with him
alright...bottom line...nitrous is safe for stock internals of the lsj + 2.8.
as long as you have a proper flowing exhaust, a nitrous pressure gauge (bare minimum).
it IS recomended that you get cooling mods...but thats with even having the 2.8 and being off the bottle...nitrous cools intake charge... but heats up cylinders and exhaust....govern your mods accordingly.
and btw, hungryhip-ccp - u were right, im showing all the signs of a clogged cat... it would explain me getting a leak in my flextube on my downpipe- the dipping boost when let off throttle, and the slow raising rpm.
also, i started a thread (a week before my problems started) complaining about how rich i was running at wot (10.5) both on and off the bottle after moving my meth jet closer to the TB.
i was out one night doing some runs and fine tuning to fix my rich-afr issue.....i guess i didnt fix it in time, because the next morning it began runnign like trash lol. go figure.

and when will this happen lol..cuz il make around 340 on stock header now...should be exciting thoe....when i then touch the motor, with the tvs and spray then it will get VERY interesting 

i've ran this thing about 15 + times so far from 40-120ish. lol, i think my bottle weighs about 17pounds only i put it on the scale that is what it reads, if the scale i am using is right. w/o any nitrous it is 14pounds so i imagine i am getting pretty low. 24 pounds is full for the bottle.
