E-bay, its just the most basic kit offered by Holley. Check Summit/Jegs for mail-order as well, or any other online vendor. Any local speed shop will be able to get it if they don't already have it in stock, and Pep Boys, Advance Auto Parts, and I think Autozone are all NOS dealers and could order it for you.
