Might have issues finding one since Sigma Just makes a 10-20. They have an F 3.5 and a F 4-5.6. Tamron makes a 10-24 as well as nikon, but neither will be as sharp as the Tokina 11-16 2.8. Ive owned both the Sigma 10-20 4-5.6 as well as the Tokina. The tokina produced much sharper images. Only reason I dont have it now is because I only shoot full frame.

The constant 2.8 would be a huge bonus.

I originally bought the Tokina 11-16, but it wasn't compatible with my camera's autofocus, and I guess the store didn't have the most current version. I returned it and got the Tamron 10-24, and I am very pleased with its performance. Only cost $500 too compared to the $900 for the Nikon that I was going to get. These were taken with the Tamron

It was an event for L4P, started off at the Topanga Mall, went through Angeles Crest ending at McKenna BMW/Audi/Porsche.

That's it Sigma 10-20 and yeah it wasn't very low.

Tokina 11-16 would be nice but $700 later....

D7000 + 35mm f/1.8 + tripod + remote

kept it simple

Still a WIP though - it's 1 of 24 and 6 look worthy of editing

I think you can pick a good 2nd hand copy off the canon forums for about 550. Or you can do the tokina 12-24, constant f4, sharp and a great lense, I got mine for 375 a while back!

Its better to spend 700 when you have it then 400 and something and regret it when it comes to lenses. Ive lost a lot of money trying to fine a good substitue for quality. So now I just shoot with all High end Nikon Primes. (2.8 and faster.) My sister has my 11-16 now, just glad its still in the family. Only cheap wide angles I will recommend are the manual focus "pro optic" "samyang" "Bower" lenses. They are surprisingly good for cheap glass, and primes are hard to **** up.
