That video was taken on the loop 202 freeway in Chandler AZ. I myself have gone 165 on that exact freeway, its fairly new and pretty straight. I've actually met a couple of the guys in the video. They are from a local group called AZ Street Scene, several have rediculous cars and crazy stuff like that all the time. One of the guys I met has a 700 rwhp pro charged Corvette. All though I gotta admit I'm kinda pissed they did that, cause that freeway was "cop free" for the most part, and its where I used to do all my racing (where I blew my motor). Now its riddled with cops!
