Black LNF + Camera + Tacoma = Picta's

Had some fun last night with my camera... It's been awhile since I had a car I wanted to *****, and after a few PM's for pics with H&R kit, I figured what the hell... I am not a professional, and these were taken with point and click...

Thanks - It's amazing what just little minor tweeks will do to a car. I think for the most part I am done, other than some nice HRE or I-Forged wheels come spring time. I think I am going to stick with 18's just because I want lips - and we have potholes galore up here.

I got two thumbs up yesterday - which I thought was pretty cool considering my car is just another stock car on the road. The one thing I love is that people that talk to me about it start their conversation with "I heard that's a very good car for the money".. After driving an H3 and Crossfire for the last four years, I would have to say.... It's a fabulous car!

How is the ride with the H&R's? Does it feel like the stock struts can handle the increased spring rate? Does a pothole feel like a 3 ft deep crater when hitting it lol!

Well, Rissa said it and I will back her up... The ride feels great. From the factory, this thing handles well, however, the difference is very noticable. The drop is agressive (not overly), there has been no rubbing and the ride, though a little stiffer, is still enjoyable..

I feel bad for using stiff and rubbing in one sentence...

That's the way these things should sit. I've been debating whether to mess with factory suspension but if handling is same(or better) and ride isn't compromised then
The debadging is starting to grow on me too.

looks awesome, paint the bowtie black, shorty antenna, and black headlights and then it would look very clean

Not into black headlights - I like OEM exterior stuff - keeps the car looking good. Plus I don't want to attract any attention to the front because I am not going to run a plate...

No plate in WA = Big $$ - Would like to pull the intercooler closer to grill though Shorty antenna for sure and that'll be it... Trying to convince my manager to swap wheels from HHR SS onto my rig and mine to the HHR SS we have in stock...

Looks very good. Gotta love black t/c's. The rear de-badge looks great. But lose the dealer plates. lol.

LED fog bulbs..? What's that..? lol

The LED plate bulb looks cool, but the ones I had in were a little too dim. If they were brighter, it'd look just like the new Lexus's..

I bought them through a friend that is an HR Distributor, however you can get them on ebay for around 250 shipped.
