Beware the powdercoated valve covers... theres some temperature they might handle being baked at when curing the powder but any more and you have risked effectively destroying the internal gizmos of it. I was popping my dipstick with a gutted valve cover until i replaced mine. and gutted/same as destroyed powdercoated one IMO lol

But in all seriousness, rice is right.... That's why I always hesitated getting my valve cover PC'd.

actually they are painted white on top and orange on the bottom to look like they are full when really they are empty for weight reduction
