rust? why would it rust? it should have some kind of protection on it. If not, I'll put some on it to prevent that. lol. I hope it doesn't rust.

you mean, from the side of the front end instead of directly in front of the front end.

I capped the overflow line as there is already an overflow line on the filler neck beside the supercharger.

I added about a gallon of dexcool to the system after install. You can find these h/e's on ebay.

Did you install this over your stock h/e and did you use duel bypass?

yes, still using stock h/e also.

No I don't have a dual pass setup. Eventually i'll get one, but it's a lot of work to do and I plan to do it when I pull the supercharger for other mods as well. I'm still on stock pulley currently. When I do a pulley change, I plan to do the dual pass and bigger throttle body as well. If I have the money, I'll do some port work, but no garauntee on the porting.

My whole build/mods has been spent on what offers the most bang for the buck mod. Next is a pulley of course as I have the tuning capability and cooling and fuel support for one now. 100 bucks there and since a bigger tb is only 55 bucks, I'll be doing that as well. Plus I'll convert my endplate to dual pass. I do a lot of DIY mods too.

Ralliartist how did you get your CXRacing H/E to sit flush with the bumper? Did you cut that nipple that hangs off of the front end near the top off? I cannot for the life of me get mine to sit flush it keeps hitting the bumper support.

I tucked the cap and nipple behind the bumper support. The top of the h/e sits right up against the bumper support. You may have to cut the nipple off, or cut some of the bumper support out to get it to do that.
