Whats left of my fender liner...no idea where the rest went as it wasnt on the track
Scratchs from liner spinning with tire...

Wow, that really sucks. I have no idea how your liner got caught by your wheel, and that really sucks that it spun and scratched your paint.
I tore my liner off the tabs once when I blew a flat, but never had the tire do that while inflated.
