yeah i saw a black one at my local dealer 2 months ago, it was a base coupe too. maybe they think they can trick someone into buying the cheapest ss s/c around.

The reason why they are sticking them on the LS versions are because they are having such a high request rate for it. For some reason people want that damn wing. Don't get me wrong cosmetically it is great looking, but it really doesn't have any functionallity. My biggest complaint with the wing is that I can't see **** out of my back window because of it.

To answer your question No they are not trying to trick anyone.

They are just trying to saturate the market.

 

What do you guys think of that wing on a sedan w/a gravana kit and cf hood?

 

dont get me wrong, but the cobalt was built and aimed at youth. keeping that in mind, you will see a lot of it. you cant tell me you bought the car not knowing that would happen.

 

i like it but would like to see a better pic ... i'm going to be getting one and then the next thing i do is get the rk sport kit
